Beautiful Welcoming Fully Furnished Office Suite We are two therapists looking to share our 3 fully furnished offices with other practitioners! They are available for sublease on a monthly basis. We love these offices, and everyone who sees them remarks how beautiful and calming the space feels. We designed them with counseling and therapeutic services in mind, and have everything you might need for your practice, and would love to provide anything missing. Each office comes with high speed internet, comfortable seating, big windows with natural light, AC and heat, desk and chair, comfortable accommodations for telehealth, therapeutic supplies such as sand trays/books/other tools, and complimentary tea and coffee for you and your clients. The building is secured with a code, has a small kitchen, single use bathrooms, and an elevator. It's also in a great location, near restaurants and Powells. Offices are available to sublet beginning September 1st, booked by day of the week and billed monthly- for example, every Monday of the month. One day a week is $275 a month, two days a week is $470 a month, and 3 days is 700. We also offer half days from 7-1 or 1-7 for $140 a day a month.
