The Office Has Adjustable Heat (a New System That is Not Loud or Suffocating), New Air Conditioning, & The Suite Has Fresh Drinking Water, a Printer, Shredder & Storage Space.

There are a Few Potential Leasing Opportunities:

1) Full-time Lease From Mid-march Through Mid-june (3 Months, $2500/month)
