Separate bathroom and small waiting room. Microwave and small fridge (for drinks only, no food storage, please), small Nespresso machine. Dogs are welcome, yours or your patients’/clients’. Only available for both days. No single day rentals. We can negotiate weekend days as needed. $1500/month Includes shared landline with fax, printer, WIFI, electricity, coffee and seltzer, dog treats and water dish, office maintenance and cleaning supplies, plus weekly cleaning. Renters need to provide proof of vaccination status PLUS boosters as required by current NYC guidelines. Convenient to MOST Subway Lines (West 4th Street, Astor Place, Union Square, Christopher Street, West 14th St @ 6th/7th Aves.) PLUS steps to NJ Path (9th Street Station) and to the Staten Island Express bus stop among others. 
Important: This is a brownstone building where only the garden and first floor units are nonresidential. You will need to provide the building owner with a copy of your current malpractice insurance and I will request verification of your active professional license. I regret that this office cannot accommodate patients who have recurrent violent or aggressive behavior or who pose an active threat to the safety and wellbeing of others, especially children and adolescents. This includes clients/patients who have not received the full complement of COVID-19 vaccinations or who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
